Product Overview
This product is a carbon steel quenched Phillips bugle head self‑drilling drywall screw, with a yellow zinc passivation surface finish, in lengths of 25‑45 mm. It combines the advantages of drywall screw countersunk flush‑mounting and self‑drilling screw capabilities, able to penetrate through panels and light‑gauge steel framing up to 1.8 mm thickness in one operation without pre‑drilling. It is a general‑purpose fastening accessory for indoor partitions and ceilings.

Product Applications
Residential and commercial light‑gauge steel framing, gypsum board partitions, ceilings, and feature wall substrate fixing.
Connecting calcium silicate boards, cement fiber boards, and  OSB to light‑gauge steel framing.
Light indoor assembly of galvanized thin sheets up to 1.8 mm combined with decorative panels.
Note: Only suitable for indoor dry or mildly humid environments; not for outdoor use, thick steel plates, or load‑bearing steel structures.
