Product Overview
This product is a US standard #8GA square-drive countersunk self-tapping screw, made of SS304 (A2) austenitic stainless steel, with standard available lengths covering the full range from 12mm to 50mm. Manufactured in accordance with US standard ASME B18.6.3 for self-tapping screws. Featuring a Robertson square drive recess combined with an 80° tapered countersunk head and full-thread sharp self-tapping point, it can be directly driven into wood, plastic, thin aluminum, and other substrates without the need for pre-tapping. The stainless steel substrate is passivated with no electroplated coating, presenting a bright, clean metallic finish with excellent corrosion resistance. It is a versatile fastening accessory suitable for furniture, timber structures, and decorative panel assembly in both domestic and international markets, particularly well-suited for export to European and American markets.
