Product Overview
This product is an extended hexagon flange self-drilling screw, specification 14-10×75, made of quenched carbon steel substrate with a CL3 long-lasting anti-corrosion coating on the surface, and pre-assembled with an EPDM composite waterproof washer at the factory; the head can be painted in ivory white, tile red, or black finishes, combined with an extended drill point to achieve drill-free self-drilling and self-tapping, specifically designed for thick-layer color steel enclosure structures, balancing fastening, waterproofing, and decorative effects.
Product Applications
Metal roofing projects: Fixing and installation of color steel tiles, antique steel glazed tiles, rock wool/polyurethane sandwich panels to steel purlins and wooden purlins;
Steel structure building enclosures: Fastening of exterior walls and roof panels in workshops, warehouses, carports, sunrooms, and livestock farms;
Prefabricated light steel buildings: Long-term fixing of roofing and wall enclosure panels in light steel villas;
Outdoor canopies and small steel structures: Connections for open-air sunshades, equipment rain shelters, and simple steel structure enclosure panels;
Applicable environments: Inland suburban areas, mild sea breeze zones, and other moderate-corrosion outdoor scenarios; not suitable for heavy salt-spray coastal areas or heavily chemically corrosive factory zones (for such scenarios, upgrading to CL4 anti-corrosion self-drilling screws is recommended).
