Product Overview
This product is an American standard #8GA square drive flat head self‑tapping screw, made of SS304 (A2) austenitic stainless steel, with standard supply lengths covering the full range from 12 mm to 50 mm, manufactured in accordance with US standard ASME B18.6.3 for self‑tapping screws. The product features a Robertson square drive recess + 80° tapered flat countersunk head structure, combined with a fully threaded sharp self‑tapping point. It can be directly fastened to wood, plastics, thin aluminium, and other substrates without pre‑tapping. The stainless steel substrate is passivated without any plating coating, offering a bright metallic finish that is smooth and corrosion‑resistant. It is a general‑purpose fastening accessory suitable for domestic and international furniture, timber structures, and decorative panel assembly, especially for export to European and American markets.
