This product is made of 1022A carbon steel, featuring a Phillips bugle countersunk head drywall screw with a black phosphate surface treatment. The screws are fixed onto a transparent plastic collated strip and used with a dedicated collated screw gun. Available in both coarse-thread and fine-thread versions, respectively suited for wood keels and light steel keels. It is a dedicated automated fastening screw for indoor gypsum board projects, capable of being coiled for storage and continuously fed for driving, greatly improving batch construction efficiency.
